RESERVATIONS: 24-48 Hour advance notice is preferred.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 6 hours before the scheduled pick
up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 6 hours of the scheduled
pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charge.
PARKING/TOLLS: $7.00 additional fee applies for parking for the vehicle at
the airport. All parking and tolls will be added to the final bill.
WAIT TIME: Starts 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. After the
grace period, wait time is charged at $11.25 per quarter hour.
GRATUITY: We require a 20% gratuity for our chauffeurs. All billed rides will
automatically have 20% gratuity added or the amount you state on your trip ticket.
